DCT has been hitting the ceiling for 2 days with heavy buying to guarantee that it will hit the ceiling again today (2,900) regardless of how the index will be. No one has contact me so I do not know what is the intent/objective..., I will have to sell some DCT so I can buy some more if DCT would going down again.

I have quietly bought DCT during the last few months because I do believe that it is a bargain (2.5-2.800 per share). Furthermore, I do believe that DCT will worth much more dead than alive (15,000-20,000 VND per share) depending on how its land on the Dong Nai river will be used.
I am asking all other DCT owners to help me making DCT a profitable business in 2 years or liquidating it if we can't. We will win big regardless of the future of DCT 2 years from now. I can be contacted at davidnguyen4444@yahoo.com for further information.

I had completely bail out of DCT last Friday at 3.500. I do not believe that the fools can pump any more money to push it up. Unless a M&A is in progress, DCT will be back to 1.900-2.000 before the end of this month or after another bad 4th quarter report.
As of today, I have no plan to attend the 2014 shareholder meeting so I can help turn DCT around (I currently have 0 DCT share). Good bye and good luck to all fools whom had given me more money than I deserved.

I was correct 6 months ago when I got rid of DCT. Years of loss has proved that Mr. Ly is not qualified to be the director/CEO of DCT !!!!!
Without a major shake up/reorganization, DCT will be a dead duck, but DCT can return to profitability if new products (light weight concrete blocks...) and serious cost cutting (employees, salary, consolidating DCT productions, renting/selling not needed lands...). After new products are introduced and the cost cutting is done, lenders will be more willing to negotiate to speed up the DCT recovery.
I am asking for a special share holder meeting to decide the future of DCT because another bad 4th quarter report may be too much to save DCT!!!!!!!!!!!

DCT shareholders is finally awaken after more than 3 years of mismanagement under Mr Ly, but the "rebels" did not have enough votes to kick him out!!!
Another loosing year will be the final nail on the DCT coffin, and the only comfort for DCT shareholders will be that mr. Ly will not get his billion VND in salary & bonus (directors & controllers salary and bonus are now tied to the company after tax profit).
I am glad that I had sold DCT more than a year ago (around 6.000)after I had doubt about Mr. Ly ability to be a CEO (my 1st comment). I did speculate on DCT every time it crashed hard enough and bigger fools have made me looking good so far, but I may have to take some lost this time if DCT will not raised above 2.700. I will completely bail out of DCT next month "Sell in May then go away". May all DCT shareholders will be "RIP" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just read Mr. Ly's explanations and solutions for the 2012 loss. It was the same typical excuse: "bad economy!!!!". He did not admit that it was his fault to invest in cement Cong Thanh while many experts have warned about excess cement production for years!!!
He is hoping that the economy will recover in 2013, but I think 2014 is the earliest timing for a recovery.
Mr. Ly also hope that DCT's abestos roofing business will keep it alive, but it is only a matter of time before VN will ban abestos materials like many developed countries had did many years ago. Furthermore, people with lung cancer caused by abestos including DCT employees can sue DCT for damage and hospital costs. Such law suits had bankrupted several abestos companies in the developed countries.
DCT shareholders should try to liquidate it right now before it is dead!!!

DCT has hit the floor today (2.600), and it will test its all time low (2.100) next week!!! DCT investors are finally bailing out at any price but they are stuck because of the daily low limit.
I made a good profit speculating DCT during the last few months because of bigger fools who were willing to pay higher prices. The only other people making money from DCT are the board of directors and Mr. Ly (nearly a billion VND in salary and bonus!!!!)
Unless the shareholders call a special meeting to cut costs (number of employees, salary and bonus), selling some assets, and new marketing plans (light-weight concrete block...), DCT will be bankrupted in 2014.

I had predicted DCT could not pay divident for 2010, 2011. As of right now, I can said with confidence that the divident for 2012, 2013 and even 2014 will be a big flat zero if DCT still alive by april 2014!!!
Most investors already knew about DCT problems so the stoch had hit a new low today (3,200 VND on 09/25/2012). DCT problems are excess inventories and an accident that damaged its crane which disrupted its cement mixing business!!!
The problem can be avoid if Mr Ly and the board of director listen to my suggestion for a plan B (making light-weigh concrete block/roofing materials, lay off and cutting employee salary/benefits/bonus as sale slow down and inventories is up). DCT could buy insurance against accidental disruption (fire and other harzards such as earth quake or flood) to repair/replace the crane without waiting for the other party to settle!!!
If mr. Ly and DCT board of director fail to implement my plan B, they should resign; or we, the stock holders, must fire them. The board of director actions or inactions had sent DCT to the brink of bankrupcy!!! Do we have to wait for DCT to become BBT, CAD... to do any thing???

Luc do toi co hoi ong Ly ve ke hoach du phong (plan B) neu nhu DCT khong ban duoc nhieu xi mang (DCT da va dang dau tu rat lon vao xi mang Cong Thanh). Ong Ly khong co ke hoach nao ca va ong Ly rat tu tin vao kha nang ban xi mang cua ong ta! Ket qua thi toi da thay ro rang. DCT khong tra duoc co tuc nam 2010 va co tuc nam 2011 se la con so khong (an empty promise). Toi nghi ngo DCT cung cung loai voi BBT (loi gia, lo that)!!!
